Matthew 5:16 - Let your Light Shine
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Jesus Christ taught those who followed Him that they were “the light of the world.” He said that you don’t light candles and put them under baskets. When you light a candle, you put it on a candlestick so that it gives light to everyone in the room.
Pastor David Bareham - Chafford hundred Community Church. The speakers elaborated on how we should let our light shine on earth by leading good examples, leading a pure life and whatever we do our light is to be placed on a stand to give light to everything around us.
Lead a blameless life without blemish. The speakers spoke about the importance of
having our light shine so the world will see our good works but giving glory to our Father and living in perpetual sin can stop us from shining. Our youth were blessed, and we thank God for the youth leaders.
